Large octavo, full cloth binding with gilded titles on the spine and upper cover. 269 pages containing 100 engravings in black and color by Paul de Sémant, along with unpublished music by Ch. L. Hess. Condition: two corners worn, head and tail caps with wear, gilded edges somewhat offset (loose gatherings), slightly wrinkled joints, but the interior is well preserved. A charming copy.
