Without location, 1907-1908, unfolding panorama lithographed in colors (3 mx 34 cm.) & mounted on strong paper, 3 cracks across the width, some small losses at the edges & cuts, pinholes.
The return of all-Paris from Longchamp to Paris of personalities who attended the 1907 Paris Grand Prix, the winner of which was Baron Edouard de Rothschild’s Stallion Sans Souci II. We can thus identify, thanks to a former owner who wrote in pencil the names of the characters represented & guessed (moreover we leave you the freedom to erase these inscriptions in pencil) on this leporello: numerous members of the prestigious Jockey-Club, socialites, elegant, flirtatious, personalities of the belle époque, Lydie Dujardin, Nissim de Camondo, Blanche d’Al…, Prince Troubetskoy, Rita Dee Guido, E. d’Alençon, the famous Polaire, Edmond and Alphonse de Rothschild, Arthur Meyer, the Grand Duke Alexis & the Grand Duke Michel, the Duke of Morny, Lauriston, M. de Boisgelin, the Prince of Arenberg…
