A rare copy of this edition prefaced by Mussolini, reproducing the text of one of the earliest French translations of Machiavelli (J. Gohory, 1571), revised by Arnould-Grémilly, correcting errors & adding some words. Mussolini's preface is a translation of "Preludio al Macchiavelli" published in 1924 in the journal "Gerarchia" he founded. One of 1270 numbered copies on tinted vellum.Related Products
