Set of 5 vintage photographs, 7.09 x 9.06 inches. Accompanied by two handwritten sheets documenting the early life and career of artist Yvana Stella (born November 26, 1945, Algiers). Stella trained at the Rome Art School (1965) and in Paris (1981), later becoming involved in municipal politics in Paris (1995). Her artistic practice encompassed still lifes, mythological scenes inspired by ancient Rome and Venice, portrait collages featuring political figures, and sculptural works created from found materials collected from Mediterranean beaches.
