Yvana Stella was born on November 26, 1945[] has Algiers[].
She grew up in Algiers, São Paulo, Rome and Monaco[]. She trained at the art school of Rome in 1965 and in Paris in 1981[. In 1995 she became involved in municipal politics in Paris[]. She is buried with her husband Gérard Sakon in the cemetery of Chalo-Saint-Mars.
