Henri Mondor, French physician and man of letters, published in 1955 with Gallimard this *Rimbaud ou le génie impatient*, a literary biography in in-16 format (11 × 16.5 cm) comprising 222 pages. The work, issued in wrappers, focuses on the analysis of the life and work of the poet Arthur Rimbaud, a major figure of Symbolism, through the lens of a precocious and tormented genius. The copy offered features a handwritten dedication by the author, adding bibliophilic interest to this book, which belongs to the tradition of Rimbaud studies.
