Jules Renouvier's posthumous work, focusing on art during the Revolution primarily through engravings. Includes a study on J.-B. Greuze and a biographical notice by Anatole de Montaiglon. Published in 1863 by Veuve Jules Renouard. Two volumes, octavo format, with 590 pages total. The interior is in good condition, but the wrappers are completely detached, mainly in the first volume.
