Includes essays, historical studies, travelogues (America, Italy), religious works, and narratives like Atala, René, and The Last Abencerage. Missing 6 volumes (literary and political essays, Moïse, second tome of Les Natchez, speeches, and press freedom texts). Each volume features a frontispiece engraved by Charles Thompson. According to Clouzot, this is the most important and sought-after collective edition. First collective edition, partly original (Les Natchez, The Last Abencerage, American Travels, etc.).
