In 1774, King Louis XV commissioned a porcelain service from the Sèvres manufactory intended for his granddaughter the Princess of Asturias. This royal gift reveals many unexpected facets: choice of model, number of pieces, collaboration of numerous painters (Castel, Chappuis, Buteux Jeune...).
