PEREGRINI (Marc Antoine) De Fideicommissis Præsertim Universalibus, 11th edition, published by Philippi Fivet and Wolgangi Endteri in 1645. Dimensions: 22.5 x 35.5 cm. The book features a decorative contemporary full leather binding with geometric patterns. There is slight wear on the spine and minor losses at the edges of the last cover. The notebooks are well-regulated, and includes a detached flyleaf with an ex-libris and a handwritten inscription opposite the title page (see our photo). The work contains 3 ff., 800 pages, and 28 index leaves with small galleries of verses from page 617 to 637, and the leaves are somewhat browned. A very nice example of historical legal literature.
