The 24 figures are sourced from a collection of 64 engraved figures under the direction of Jean-Baptiste Dupréel after Moreau, Le Barbier, Chasselat, Mayer, etc. Fresh interior. Beautiful vellum binding signed by F. Bozérian, smooth spine adorned with intertwined gold fillets, black morocco title pieces and black morocco for numbering, marbled blue paper endpapers with red veins, wave-patterned rollers on the edges, all edges gilt. Three volumes show partial cracks at the joints. Green and white silk headbands, green silk bookmark. Enriched with a beautiful ex-libris in each volume of (C. Mc Master Brookville- Donnybrook).
