Original cardboard binding with worn corners and amateur spine restoration. Light foxing scattered throughout. Includes 12 introductory plates (2 double-page maps missing: world map and travelers' names planisphere) followed by 98 hand-colored double-page plates. Pen annotations on blank plate margins.
