Quarto, frontispiece portrait, 161 pp., leaves uncut under cover and boxed (slight stains), otherwise a nice fresh copy. Beautiful reprint by Les bibliolatres de France of the 1775 edition with the moderate letter on the fall and critique of the Barber of Seville. Nice portrait of Beaumarchais as frontispiece, engraved in burin by Paul Lemagny. Numbered copy on pure rag from the Rives paper mills.Related Products
