The work documents both ancient Javanese sculptures and ethnographic artifacts from the entire archipelago, including wooden statuettes, gold and bronze Buddhas, idols, weapons, scarves, cotton paintings, and puppets from Bali, Java, Sumba, Damar, and Borneo.
