古書の真贋はどのように保証していますか？

La Librairie Antiqueの各商品ページには、初版（E.O.）の有無、発行年（奥付）、装丁（革、羊皮紙、金箔）、判型、保存状態（シミ、ヤケ、汚れ等）を詳細に明記しています。複数の高解像度写真を掲載し、500ユーロ以上の希少本には可能な限り来歴証明書を添付します。

日本への配送はどのくらいかかりますか？

通常のColissimo International（追跡付き）で7-14日、書留Chronopostで5-10日、DHL Expressで3-5日です。送料は重量により25-45ユーロ程度。古書は国際的に「Informational Materials」分類で、日本の関税対象外（ただし8%の消費税が到着時に課される可能性があります）。

どのような支払方法が利用できますか？

クレジットカード（Visa、MasterCard、American Express、JCB）、PayPal（買い手保護付き）、国際銀行振込（SWIFT）に対応しています。コンビニ振込（KOMOJU経由）は今後対応予定です。

返品・交換の条件は？

商品到着後30日以内であれば返品可能です。商品ページの記載と異なる状態の本が届いた場合、返送料弊社負担にて全額返金いたします。お客様都合の返品は、返送料はお客様負担となります。

洋古書の状態評価の基準は？

ABA/ILAB国際基準に従い、Fine（完璧）、Near Fine（ほぼ完璧）、Very Good（良好、使用感あり）、Good（許容範囲）、Fair（中程度）、Poor（不良）の6段階で評価。日本語の用語（帯付、初版、函付、経年劣化等）もできる限り併記しています。
