 Work published on the occasion of the sumptuous exhibition of the Panthéon Cultural Center, which brought together at the Town Hall of the 5th arrondissement of Paris objects and furniture sold or nationalized, depending on the case, during the revolutionary period; not all of them came from Versailles despite the title, but many of them may have been known to Saint-Simon by the King or the princes… Table: 1. History of the crown collections until the Revolution; 2. The crown collections facing the Revolution; 3. The fate of the royal collections after the Revolution; 4. Scientific notes on the exhibited works.
