Jede Produktseite von La Librairie Antique gibt explizit den Status der Erstausgabe (E.A. / 1. Auflage) an, die Auflagenhoehe, das Erscheinungsdatum (Kolophon), die Einbandart (Leder, Pergament, Vergoldung), das Format (Duodezformat, Folio, etc.) und den genauen Erhaltungszustand (Fleckigkeit, Wasserrand, eventuelle Reparaturen). Wir liefern mehrere hochaufloesende Fotos.

Versenden Sie nach Deutschland? Welche Zahlungsarten werden akzeptiert?

Ja, Versand nach Deutschland in 3-5 Werktagen via Colissimo / DHL. Akzeptierte Zahlungsmittel: SEPA-Lastschrift, Klarna (Sofortueberweisung, Rechnung), Kreditkarten (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal. Versandkosten innerhalb der EU: 12-25 EUR je nach Gewicht.

Wie lange dauert die Lieferung nach Oesterreich oder in die Schweiz?

Oesterreich: 3-5 Werktage (EU-Standard, keine Zollformalitaeten). Schweiz: 5-8 Werktage, Zollabwicklung erforderlich (in der Regel MwSt 8.1% + Bearbeitungsgebuehr 13-30 CHF, antiquarische Buecher sind in CH zollfrei).

Welche Rueckgaberechte habe ich?

Gemaess deutschem Recht haben Sie 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht nach Erhalt der Ware. Bei nicht beschreibungsgemaesser Lieferung uebernimmt La Librairie Antique die Ruecksendekosten. Bei Konvenienzruecksendungen tragen Sie die Versandkosten zurueck.

Sind die Preise inklusive Mehrwertsteuer?

Die angezeigten Preise verstehen sich inklusive der franzoesischen MwSt (auf antiquarischen Buechern: ermaessigter Satz 5,5%). Bei Lieferungen ausserhalb der EU werden die Preise netto fakturiert (Reverse Charge); ggf. fallen Einfuhrabgaben des Ziellandes an.
